1)Stamping parts have high dimensional accuracy, uniform dimensions of the same mold parts, and good interchangeability. They do not require further machining to meet general assembly and use requirements. (2) Cold stamping parts generally do not undergo cutting, or only require a small amount of cutting. The accuracy and surface condition of hot stamping parts are lower than those of cold stamping parts, but are still better than castings and forgings, and require less cutting.3) During the stamping process, the surface of the stamped parts is not damaged, so they have good surface quality and a smooth and beautiful appearance, which provides convenient conditions for surface painting, electroplating, phosphating and other surface treatments. (4) Stamped parts are manufactured by stamping under the premise of low material consumption. The parts are light in weight and have good rigidity. After the sheet metal undergoes plastic deformation, the internal structure of the metal is improved, which increases the strength of the stamped parts. (5) Compared with castings and forgings, stamped parts are thin, uniform, light and strong. Stamping can produce workpieces with reinforcing ribs, ribs, undulations or flanging that are difficult to manufacture by other methods to improve their rigidity.
